How far in advance should I book?
For standard orders, 48 hours is enough. For larger gatherings (50+ guests) or weddings, please reach out 2–3 weeks ahead so I can plan the kitchen workflow properly.
Do you deliver?
Pickup is the default and free. Delivery is available across NYC for an additional fee — just mention it in your inquiry and I'll quote it with the menu.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. The menu has plenty of vegetarian options and most dishes can be adjusted for spice level. For allergies (nuts, dairy, gluten), please mention them up front so I can plan around them.
What's the minimum order?
I generally cater for 10 guests and up. For smaller intimate dinners, reach out anyway — happy to discuss.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due on the day of pickup or delivery. I accept Zelle, Venmo, and bank transfer.
